What it is
A Pages project has failed to deploy repeatedly over recent attempts.
Why it matters
Repeated failure means the deployment path is broken rather than flaky, so nothing has shipped for as long as it has been failing. The live site is frozen at whatever last succeeded.
How to fix it
Reproduce the build locally with the same Node version and environment variables. Repeated failures are usually a configuration difference between local and the build image rather than a code problem.
