What it is
The latest production deployment is producing runtime 5xx or error-level failures.
Why it matters
This is the version currently serving users, and it is failing now. Unlike a build failure, nothing blocks it — the deployment succeeded and the errors only appear once real traffic arrives.
How to fix it
Check the runtime logs for the failing routes and compare against the previous deployment. If the errors started with this release, roll back first and diagnose from the stable state.
