A specific workflow failing repeatedly
Part of the Actions supply chain check · fix arrives as a guide
What it is
One specific workflow has failed repeatedly over recent runs while the rest of CI is healthy.
Why it matters
A single persistently failing workflow is usually a job nobody owns — a nightly, a deploy preview, a scheduled sync — and its failure has stopped being noticed. Whatever it was doing has not run for as long as it has been red.
How to fix it
Look at what the workflow is responsible for and whether that work is still happening. Fix it, or delete it if it is obsolete — a permanently red workflow is worse than no workflow.
