What it is

Backups are failing or none are configured for the project.

Why it matters

A backup nobody checks is a backup that fails silently, and the failure is discovered at the only moment it matters. This is the finding with the widest gap between how it looks and how bad it is.

How to fix it

Fix the failing backup and verify it by performing a restore into a scratch project. An untested backup is a hypothesis, not a recovery plan.
