What it is

Why it matters
Branch creation, endpoint starts, and migrations failing at that rate means automation depending on them is unreliable — CI branches that do not appear, deploys that time out waiting for a compute to start.
How to fix it
Look at which operation types dominate the failures. Quota and limit errors point at plan ceilings; timeouts on endpoint start usually point at cold-start contention worth raising with Neon support.
