What it is
An ephemeral branch has passed its configured expiry date but still exists.
Why it matters
It was created with a lifetime that has elapsed, so nothing is expected to be using it, yet it continues to hold compute and storage on the bill.
How to fix it
Delete the expired branches. If they were not meant to be temporary, remove the expiry so the intent is clear rather than leaving them in a state that contradicts their configuration.
